Myriam Gramm received her professional training at the Geneva Conservatory of Music, with André Perret and Harry Datyner. She perfected her skills in masterclasses with great masters, including Constantin and Julia Ganev, disciples of the great Russian pedagogue Heinrich Neuhaus.

For several years, Myriam Gramm taught piano at the Centre Michel Sogny in Geneva and Paris, and also wrote musical stories for children. She has also composed piano pieces for two and four hands. Alongside her teaching activities, she organizes “Musical Culture” seminars and “Musical Evenings”. She performs in recital for various humanitarian causes and institutions for the elderly.

In 1993, she performed Franz Liszt's piano works for four hands with Michel Sogny at Geneva's Grand-Théatre, on the occasion of the Soirée des Nations. She has performed in Greece, Germany, Italy and in Paris at the Salle Cortot with works such as Chopin's Etudes, Beethoven's “Appassionnata” sonata and Liszt's Mephisto-Valse.

In 1996, she recorded a compact disc for the “Docteur Jacques Daupleix” Foundation, which she set up in Geneva in 1997. The aim of this foundation is to find a cure for tinnitus (whistling and ringing in the ears) and other hearing disorders. The program includes works by Brahms, Mendelssohn, Schumann, Bach-Busoni, Chopin (Fantaisie-Impromptu, 10 Etudes from opus 10 and 125, 1st Ballade op.23) and Liszt's Mephisto-Valse. In 1998, Myriam Gramm played works by Chopin, Liszt, Mendelssohn, Bach/Busoni and Beethoven's Sonata op.57 “Appassionata” at the Victoria Hall in Geneva. She has recorded five compact discs.
